  5. How often should fire equipment be serviced?
  6. Portable fire extinguishers should be inspected twice annually, and hydrostatic or pressure tests are done every 3 to 5 years depending on the type. Fire alarm systems and sprinkler systems should be maintained and tested per SANS standards.

  7. Do you offer emergency / After hours call-out services?
  8. Yes — we provide after hours emergency call-out for critical fire or security system failures.

  9. How do you quote for a project?
  10. Our quotations are based on site visits, system requirements, distances, cable runs, and worst-case scenarios. All quotes are subject to our standard terms and valid for 30 days.

  11. Will you train staff and issue safety compliance certificates?
  12. Yes — we offer on-site training, evacuation drills, fire warden certification, and issue compliance certificates for fire, security, and electrical work as needed.

  13. What are your guarantees and warranties?
  14. We offer a 12-month workmanship and material guarantee for new equipment from commissioning. Exclusions include lightning damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, etc.
